Establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary inTurkey

PPCS.A.announces the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary inTurkey. The company will be engaged in electricity trading and the share capital amounts to two million (2,000,000)Turkish liras (or appr. € 686,000). The new subsidiary is currently undergoing a licensing process by the respective Regulatory Authority for Energy of Turkey. We will proceed with a new announcement as soon as the licensing process is completed. The establishment of the said subsidiary is within the framework of PPC's strategy to expand in growing markets of South East Europe.
