During the company''s Board meeting No 2070/29.11.2006, non-executive members Messrs Ioannis Kollias of Christos and Ioannis Politis of Nikolaos have submitted their resignations. The Board of Directors has accepted these resignations and unanimously elected Messrs Ioannis Petsalakis of Stavros and Nikolaos Kontosoros of Ioannis as new non-executive members.
