The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Thursday, June 26^th, 2025, of 32,090,293 new ordinary shares of “FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C.” (ISIN: GRS346003015), as a result of the share capital increase via contribution in kind.
Also, decided the transfer of the shares of the company “FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C.” (ISIN: GRS346003015), from the Surveillance Category to the Main Market of ATHEX, as of Thursday, June 26^th, 2025, following its relevant request, since the reasons for the trading of its shares on the Surveillance Category are no longer in effect.
