Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis S.A., announces that its subsidiary company Lamda Detergent S.A., successfully completed a EUR 60 million re-financing of its existing bank debt following an issue of notes (the "Notes") through a US Private Placement bond issue. The Notes mature in January 2021 and have a fixed coupon of 5.40% for the first four years. This deal enables the issuer to significantly extend the tenor of its debt, to lower its financing costs and to finance its further development. Deutsche Bank acted as the overall Co-ordinator and Sole Agent of the re-financing. Proton Bank acted as domestic advisor to the Group.
