ANNOUNCEMENT

 Eurobank is the preferred bidder for New Proton Bank

Today, Friday July 12th 2013, the Hellenic Financial Stability (HFSF) announced the conclusion of the competitive tender process for the sale of New Proton Bank and decided to proceed with its sale to Eurobank.

 HFSF and Eurobank will work together towards signing the final agreement on Monday 15 July 2013. After the signing of the final agreement a new announcement will follow.
