Eurobank submits binding offer for the acquisition of New Proton Bank S.A.

In accordance with the procedures and conditions defined by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF), Eurobank has today submitted a binding offer to acquire 100% of the share capital of the New Proton Bank S.A. from HFSF.
