Eurodrip S.A. bought off "GLOBAL CAPITAL INVESTORS LIMITED" percentage of 33% that the later company held in the affiliated company "Eurodrip USA Inc" - Correction

Eurodrip S.A. after a BoD resolution of 17/11/2004 bought off "GLOBAL CAPITAL INVESTORS LIMITED" percentage of 33% that the later company held in the affiliated company "Eurodrip USA Inc" against sum of 2.500.000 USD, amount that will be paid up until 15.12.2005.

After the purchase Eurodrip S.A is the owner of 83,5% in the Shareholder Capital of Eurodrip USA Inc. It must be noted that this purchase is very benefitial not only for the developmental and growth potential of Eurodrip USA Inc but for the current euro - dollar favorable exchange rate as well.
