The trading of the shares of the company Euroxx Securities sa in the Alternative Market of ATHEX commenced today, 12th May 2008. It is the first private brokerage firm listed on Athex market and is the fifth company to be introduced to the Alternative Market of Athens Exchange.

During the Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the listing of shares of Euroxx Securities sa on ATHEX, between April 11th - April 16th, Euroxx offered 979,000 shares earning Euro 1,419,550.

National Bank of Greece was the Advisor for the listing of Euroxx Securities sa on the Alternative Market of ATHEX.

Mr. Spyros Capralos, Chairman of ATHEX, in a brief salutation during the relevant event, stated-inter alia-the following: "I am very pleased today as I realise that brokerage firms trust and support our efforts for expansion of our services and the provision of growth potential to SMEs by their listing on the Alternative Market".
