The Company wishes to inform the ATHEX and the investment community about its intention to go ex dividend, for the fiscal year of 2004, between May 20, 2005 and June 17, 2005 which are the expiration dates of Futures on shares and on the FTSE/ASE-20 index.

The Company makes this announcement in full compliance with the New Regulation of the Athens Exchange and in particular with article 277, paragraph 2d regarding 'obligations for announcements on a regular basis'.
