ELGEKA S.A. announces to the public that it has reached a provisional agreement with FERRERO S.A. concerning the expansion of their current collaboration. According to the agreement, ELGEKA is granted the exclusive right to resell and distribute FERRERO' s "chilled" products within the territory of Greece, for five (5) years, except DUTY-FREE zones.
The brands that constitute the "chilled" product line of FERRERO are: Kinder milkslices, Kinder Paradiso, Kinder Pingui and Kinder Maxi King.
The selling and distribution of the above mentioned "chilled" products will commence on the 1st of September 2007. By that date, the typical procedures regarding the signing of the relevant contract will have been concluded.
The new agreement for the reselling and distribution of FERRERO' s chilled product line will benefit the turnover of ELGEKA and consequently of ELGEKA GROUP by 8.9 million Euros annually.
