The President of the ATHEX, following the decision of the Capital Market Commission on its session on 24.4.2003 to ask from the Athens Court the appointment of auditors to conduct an audit to the listed companies Eleftheri Tileorasi S.A. (Alter), Altec S.A. and Microland Computers S.A., decided the extension of the temporary suspension of the trading of the shares of the above companies.

The decision has been taken, considering the need for protection of the investment public until the facts that affect the assessment of these shares by the investment public are clarified.
