The BoD of the bank decided that due to lack of quorum at the Extraordinary General Assembly that was held on 18th October 2005, all the issues that were to be discussed at the latter will come up again at the A' Repetitive Extraordinary General Assembly that will be held on Monday, 31st October 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at "Amalia" Hotel, Syntagma Sq.
