Elmec Sport S.A. announces that its subsidiary Factory Outlet S.A. reached a final agreement with Athens International Airport S.A. for the construction and operation of a Discount Superstore by Factory Outlet S.A. within the Business Park of the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. This agreement covers the period up to December 31st 2025.

The New Discount Superstore will cover a total area of 13.000 m2 and is expected to commence operation in the 4th quarter of 2005. It will share the concept of the "Factory Outlet" Discount Superstore already in operation in Pireos street, offering a wide variety of branded apparel and footwear products.
