-Announcement of 2011 financial results: Thursday 29 March 2012, after the close of Athens Exchange trading session

-Publication of 2011 financial results in the Press: Friday, March 30, 2012

-Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Friday, June 22, 2012

-The Company will not distribute dividend for the Fiscal Year 2011

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates, after proceeding with the relevant public notification.
