-         Release of Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2011, on Friday, March 30^th 2012. This release will be posted on the website of Athens Exchange (after the end of trading) and on the company's website (www.mochlos.com).

-         Release of the Annual Summary of Financial Data for fiscal year 2011 in the Press on Saturday March 31^st 2012

-         General Shareholders Meeting on Friday June 15^th 2012.

-         The company will not distribute dividends for fiscal year 2011.
