23 March 2012 - S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (“S&B”) announces its financial calendar for 2012, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange regulation.

Despite the delivery of solid results on a consolidated Group level, due to the reported net loss of the parent company, S&B will not be paying an annual dividend for fiscal year 2011 in line with current legislation, though the Board may propose an alternative reward to shareholders at a later time.
S&B reserves the right to alter the aforementioned dates, upon timely information to the investment community with any relevant changes to this calendar.
Financial results will be announced in each case prior to the start of trading on the Athens Exchange and will be available on S&B's website (www.sandb.com) and the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The results will be published in the press on the day following their announcement.
