29/05/2012             Financial Statements release for the period of 01/01/2012 until 31/03/2012 according to IFRS.

15/06/2012             Annual General Assembly meeting of the shareholders.

25/06/2012             Ex-dividend date*

27/06/2012             Dividend beneficiaries date – Record Date**.

 02/07/2012             Dividend distribution date*.

28/08/2012             Financial Statements release for the period of 01/01/2012 until 30/06/2012 according to IFRS.

 27/11/2012             Financial Statements release for the period of 01/01/2012 until 30/09/2012 according to IFRS.

* The decision for dividend distribution or not and the exact amount of it, is exclusively under the decision of the Annual General Assembly Meeting of the shareholders, following the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Company. In case of such a decision from the Annual General Assembly Meeting, dividend distribution will be executed through PIRAEUS BANK SA

 ** In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, starting on Jan 1st 2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
