(**) In accordance with the ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on the relevant record date.

The fiscal year 2011 dividend will be paid out through Piraeus Bank on Friday 18th, May 2012 Piraeus Bank will credit the operators’ accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries’ accounts.

In any case the dividend 2011 will take place prior to 18th of May, 2012, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company΄ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included.

The aforementioned dates referring to dividend distribution are subject to the BOD proposal.

The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the Companies website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr).
