Pursuant to paragraph 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, “MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.” hereby informs the investors of the Financial Calendar of the Company for 2012:

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, June 29^th, 2012. In case that the quorum required by the Law for the adoption of resolutions on any of the items on the Agenda is not attained, the 1^st Reiterative Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 12.7.2012, and the 2^nd Reiterative Annual General Meeting (if any) will be held on Thursday 26.7.2012. The Company will not declare dividends for the fiscal year 2011.

The annual financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2011 will be published at the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.marfininvestmentgroup.com) on Friday, March 30th 2012, upon the close of the session of the Athens Exchange, and will be published in financial and political newspapers on Saturday, March 31st 2012. The briefing of the analysts with regard to the annual financial results of the Company will take place on March 30th, 2012.
