Financial Calendar 2012 

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 29, 2012.

2.    The FY 2011 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Friday, March 30, 2012 (after the closing of the trading session ) and will be published on Saturday, March 31, 2012.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2011 results will take place on Monday, April, 2012, via a teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2011.
