Aegean Airlines announces the Financial Calendar for 2014, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook:

Publication of 2013 financial results: Tuesday 4 March 2014, after the close of Athens Exchange trading session (Results will be posted on Aegean Airlines website (www.aegeanair.com) and on Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr).

Analysts Conference Call on 2013 financial results: Wednesday 5 March 2014 (16:00 Greek time, 14:00 UK time).

Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting: Friday 14 March 2014.

The Company's Board of Directors has decided at its meeting of 18 February 2014 to include for approval on the agenda of the EGM to be held on 14 March 2014 the increase of the share capital through the capitalization of reserves with a corresponding increase in the nominal value of each share and the subsequent decrease of the share capital with the return – payment to shareholders through the decrease of the nominal value of each share.

Ex-capital return date: Friday 27 June 2014.

Record date: Beneficiaries of the capital return are shareholders registered in the Company's records in the Dematerialized Securities System on Tuesday 1 July 2014. 

Payment of capital return: Monday 7 July 2014. The capital return will be paid by Alpha Bank. Details will be given in a future announcement.

Aforementioned dates shall be confirmed following the necessary regulatory approvals.

Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 4 June 2014

The BoD will propose the non-distribution of dividends for Fiscal Year 2013 in the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates, after proceeding with the relevant public notification.
