The company Forthnet S.A. announces, in accordance with paras. 4.1.2. (1) (2) and 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rule Book, the Financial Calendar, as follows:

1. The annual audited financial statements for the financial year 2014, based on the IFRS Standards, were announced and published on March 31st, 2015.

2. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on June 26th, 2015.

3. No dividend payment will take place for the financial year 2014.
