Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 29 April 2015

Ex-dividend date: Friday, 8 May 2015

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Monday, 11 May 2015

(The shares will trade ex-dividend prior to May 15th, 2015 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP in which the company shares participate)

Dividend payment: Friday, 15 May 2015
