Financial Calendar 2025[1]

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.1 of the ATHEX Regulation ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), as well as with its Decision No. 25/15.04.2024, announces to the investment community the Financial Calendar for 2025, according to which:

1.     Τhe announcement regarding the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2024 of the Company (as well as the Consolidated Financial Statements) and the Annual Financial Report FY 2024 will be published to the Athens Exchange and to the Company’s website on Friday, April 25, 2025, after the closing of the trading session of ATHEX.

2.     The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2024 results will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, via teleconference (a specific invitation will follow).

3.     The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

4.     The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2024.

5.   The publication of the 2025 Semi-Annual Financial Report and the announcement of comments on the financial results for the first half of 2025 will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, after the closing of the ATHEX session.
