21 January 2008 - As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the financial calendar for 2008:

•        Release of Fiscal Year 2007 Results:      Monday February 18^th 2008
•        Release of First Quarter 2008 Results:   Monday May 12^th 2008
•        Annual General Shareholder Meeting:    Wednesday May 14^th 2008
•        Ex-dividend date:                                   Friday May 16^th 2008
•        Dividend payout:                                    Monday May 26^th 2008
•        Release of Six Month 2008 Results:        Monday July 28^th 2008
•        Release of Nine Month 2008 Results:     Friday October 24^th 2008

The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company's website (www.helex.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr).
