FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2014

Autohellas, in accordance with article 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3(1) of the new Athens stock market regulation, announces the new revised financial calendar for 2014.

Publication of 2013 financial results: Wednesday, 26^th of March 2014.  Results will be posted on HERTZ website (www.hertz.gr) and on Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr).

Annual General Shareholders Meeting:  Thursday, 12^th of June 2014

 
The company has proposed no dividend  payment for the 2013 Financial Year.  The final decision will be taken by the Anual Ordinary Shareholder Meeting.   
 

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates, after proceeding with the relevant public notification.
