As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (HELEX) announces the Financial Calendar for 2014:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2013 Results:                 Thursday March 20^th 2014
• Release of First Quarter 2014 Results:              Monday May 26^th 2014
• Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:         Thursday May 29^th 2014
• Dividend beneficiaries – Record date (*):         Thursday June 5^th 2014

If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date (Tuesday June 3^rd 2014) is before the expiration, on June 20^th 2014, of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the HELEX share as the underlying security and future with the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which HELEX is a component stock).

• Dividend payment date (*):                              Thursday June 12^th 2014
• Release of Six Month 2014 Results:                  Monday July 28^th 2014
• Release of Nine Month 2014 Results:               Monday November 17^th 2014

(*)  The abovementioned dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend for fiscal year 2013 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts concerning the 2013 financial results will take place on March 20^th 2014.

The results will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.helex.gr).
