Financial calendar (updated for the special dividend)

27 July 2020 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE (ATHEX, stock symbol: ΕΧΑΕ) informs investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 27.07.2020, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) that had been decided by the Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on 05.06.2020.

Therefore, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

  • Release of 1st Half 2020 Results:                         Monday 27 July 2020
  • Capital Return (Special dividend) ? record date:     Thursday 6 August 2020

The ex-date (Wednesday 5 August 2020) is: before the expiration (on 18 September 2020), of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security, and before the expiration (on 21 August 2020) of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX is a component stock).

  • Capital Return - payment date:                            Wednesday 12 August 2020
  • Release of Nine Month 2020 Results:                  Monday 30 November 2020

The financial results will be published on the Company website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day.
