Annual briefing to analysts: Thursday March 27^th, 2014 

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Thursday June 19^th, 2014

Year 2013 ex-dividend date: Thursday June 26^th, 2014 (that is, after June 20^th, 2014 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2013 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Monday June 30^th, 2014 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2013 dividend: Friday July 4^th, 2014.
