Public Power Corporation S.A. announces its intention for the Financial Calendar 2014, as follows:

- Release of Fiscal Year 2013 Results: March 27, 2014.

- Annual Conference Call with Analysts for the presentation of the FY 2013 financial results: March 27, 2014.

- The 2013 Annual Financial Report will be published on the website of PPC S.A.www.dei.gr : March 27, 2014.

- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:  June 12, 2014.

No dividend will be distributed for the financial year 2013.
