Financial calendar for the year 2015

ANNOUNCEMENT

Public Power Corporation S.A., announces the Financial Calendar 2015, as follows:

- Release of Fiscal Year 2014 Results: March 27, 2015.

- Annual Conference Call with Analysts for the presentation of the FY 2014 financial results: March 30, 2015.

- The 2014 Annual Financial Report will be published on the website of PPCS.A.   

  (www.dei.gr ): March 27, 2015.

- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: June 25, 2015.

- Based on the net income, PPC' s Board of Directors will propose to the

  Shareholders General Meeting, a dividend payment of €0.05 per share.

- Ex-dividend date: July 20, 2015, that is after the 17 of July, 2015 which signifies the

expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company's stock and on the    

FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap in which it is included.

- Record date: 21 July 2015.

- Dividend payment for the year 2014 through a bank settlement: July 27, 2015.
