FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

In the context of the correct and timely information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in accordance with Decision #25 of Athens Stock Exchange, "LAMPSA HELLENIC HOTELS S.A." announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025:

- Announcement of annual Financial Results for the financial year 2024 on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, after the end of the meeting.

- Announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2024, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, after the end of the meeting, with posting on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange as well as on the Company's website (www.lampsa.gr).

- Press Release with comments on Financial Results 2024 on Friday, May 2, 2025

- Annual Analyst Update on Wednesday, May 21, 2025

- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 26, 2025

- Announcement of Financial Results for the first half of 2025 on Tuesday, September 30, 2025

- The Board of Directors recommends to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024, given the return of capital to shareholders in the amount of € 10,041,080 during 2023 and the need to finance the Group's investment plans.
