Financial Results 2004

The consolidated turnover of the Hyatt Regency Hotels and Tourism (Hellas) SA Group for 2004 (1.1.2004 - 31.12.2004) increased by 28.3%, amounting to 297.5 Million Euro, against 231.9 Million Euro in year 2003. The net consolidated pretax profits of the Group for the year, before subtracting minority rights, amount to 93.6 Million Euro, after the subtraction of minority rights of 22.1 Million Euro, the consolidated pretax profits are 71.5 Million Euro; an increase of 10.2% over the year 2003. The 2004 EBITDA of 110.1 Million Euro represents an increase of 25.1% over the previous year.

The turnover of Hyatt Regency Hotels and Tourism (Hellas) SA for 2004 increased by 0.49%, amounting to 176.4 Million Euro, compared to 175.6 Million Euro in 2003. The EBITDA for 2004 closed at 72.4 Million Euro, showing an increase of 0.3% in comparison to 2003. The net pretax profits of the Company for 2004 came to 59.5 Million Euro compared to 60.6 Million Euro in 2003, representing a decrease of 1.7%. For the year 2004, revenue from table games increased by 3% to 74.4 Million Euro, while revenue from slot machines showed a decrease of 4.9%, at 81.5 Million Euro. The consolidated results of the Group include Hellenic Casino of Mont Parnes SA (full consolidation), with a 2004 (1.1.2004 - 31.12.2004) turnover of 130.3 Million Euro, compared to 60.7 Million Euro for the year 2003. It should be noted that, during 2003, the casino was operated by Hellenic Casino of Mont Parnes S.A. only for the last eight months (01.05.2003 ? 31.12.2003), since for the first four months of 2003 (01.01.2003 - 30.04.2003) the casino was operated by the state owned company Ellinika Touri stika Akinita S.A.. In 2004, revenue from table games reached 61.4 Million Euro (an increase of 64.9% over 2003), whilst revenue from slot machines amounted to 66.9 Million Euro (an increase of 42.1% over last year). Visitation to Regency Casino Mont Parnes for 2004 reached the level of 689,500 visits, showing an increase of 46.2% over 2003.

Ιn the consolidated results for 2004, the company Hellenic Hotels Lampsa SA is also included. Lampsa's results were consolidated for the first time in 31.12.2003 (Equity Method). On January 31st 2005, Hyatt Regency Hotels and Tourism (Hellas) SA sold to Venture Ability S.A., via the Athens Stock Market, its Lampsa shareholding interest representing 20.10% of the share capital of Lampsa, at a price of 7.1 Euro per share. The total purchase price received by the Company amounted to 30.4 Million Euro. Lampsa's turnover for 2004 amounts to 30.5 Million Euro, with an EBITDA of 8 Million Euro and earnings before taxes of 2.9 Million Euro. For the equivalent period of 2003, the turnover was 15.6 Million Euro while losses before taxes were 4.9 Million Euro. The year 2004 is the first profitable financial year for Lampsa, following a long track record of losses. As a result of the above, the Group's consolidated balance sheet for 2004 is increased by 0.5 Million Euro, the earnings from participation in affiliated companies. The aforementioned results will be published on Saturday February 25, 2005 in the newspapers Naftemporiki and Vima.
