The company's turnover for the 3rd quarter 2003, increased by 7,64%, amounting to 13.028 thousand euro versus 12.103 thousand euro in the same period of the previous year.

Net profit, before tax, compared with the year 2002, increased by 25,97% amounting to 1.628 thousand euro versus 1.292 thousand euro.

As far as the consolidated financial results for the nine month 2003 period, increased by 8,49% , amounting to 15.096 thousand euro compared with 13.915 thousand euro in the previous year.

The consolidated net profit , before tax, increased by 69,74% amounting to 1.750 thousand euro compared to 1.031 thousand euro in the correspondent period of 2002.

According to IMPERIO' s Board of Directors forecast, the annual results for the fiscal year 2003 will be notably increased.
