Athens, May 23 2005-The Board of Directors of the company HELLENIC EXCHANGES HOLDING S.A. (HELEX) informs the investors that the financial results for the first quarter of 2005 will be announced on Wednesday, June 1 2005 prior to the opening of the trading session of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX).

Also, on the same day and in particular, after the closing of the ATHEX trading session, a conference call will follow, during which, the management of the company will inform investors and analysts as of the latest corporate developments.
