The management of M.J. MAILLIS GROUP announces that the financial statements of the 1st quarter 2005 according to International Accounting Standards will be published on May 30. As it has already been reported, the implementation of IAS will have positive impact on the Group financial statements.

As mentioned in a recent announcement, consolidated turnover for the 1st quarter 2005 is expected to post a 9.5% increase vs the 1st quarter 2004, whereas the turnover of the parent company is expected to post an increase of 30%.
