Alpha Bank will announce its first half 2004 results on Wednesday, 28 July 2004. The schedule for the day will be as follows:

• 08.30 Athens (06.30 BST): Press release, including a full set of results, available from the company by prearrangement or Alpha Bank's website (www.alpha.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.ase.gr)

• 14.30 BST- London (16.30 Greek Time): Mr Marinos Yannopoulos, Executive General Manager and CFO and Mr Michael Massourakis, Manager of Strategy, Economic Research and Investor Relations will host an analyst and investor presentation in London. Analysts outside the U.K. may participate via conference call. Details will be made available on request.
