In accordance with article 4 par.4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the Large Capitalization Category, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, J&P-AVAX S.A. informs you the following:

a) the announcement of the 2011 Annual Financial Results will take place on  Saturday March 31, 2012.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2011 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday May 2, 2012.

c) the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Monday June 25, 2012.

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2011.
