In accordance with article 4 par.4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the Large Capitalization Category, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, J&P-AVAX S.A. informs you the following:

a) the announcement of the 2014 Annual Financial Results will take place on Tuesday March 31, 2015.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2014 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday April 22, 2015.

c) the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Wednesday June 24,2015.

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2014.
