The company announces that, upon decision of its Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders held on May 22 2006, a dividend of Euro 0,075 per share will be distributed, for fiscal year 2005. Beneficiaries of dividend will be the shareholders of NIREUS at the end of the trading session of the Athens Exchange on Wednesday July 12, 2006, while from Thursday July 13, 2006 the company's shares will be traded without the dividend right (ex-date). Dividend for fiscal year 2005 will be available (via an authorised bank) to shareholders from 21st July 2006. The company will announce shortly, further instructions on dividend payment.
