Fitch Ratings, the international rating agency, has announced today that it affirms Piraeus Bank's Long-term rating at "BBB+" and Short-term at "F2", keeping its outlook stable.

According to Fitch, the affirmation of credit rating reflects Piraeus Bank's improving underlying operating profitability, good capital adequacy and strengthening domestic competitiveness.
