Formation of the Board of Directors in a Body
30 May 2019 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A. announces that the Board of Directors that was elected by the 18th Annual General Meeting met and was formed in a Body on Thursday May 30th 2019. The new Board of Directors has thirteen (13) members, with a four year term of office, and its composition is as follows:
