Formation of body of the BoD of ADMIE  S.A.

PPC SA announces that the Board of Directors of its 100% subsidiary company ADMIE SA was formed into body, electing as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Yiarentis Yiannis. The new Board of Directors of ADMIE SA is composed of the following members:
