Formation in a body of BoD of HEDNO S.A.

PPCS.A.announces that, following the election of Mr. Konstantinos Zontanos as new member of the Board of Directors of HEDNO S.A. -100% subsidiary company of PPCS.A.-the Board of Directors of HEDNO S.A., during its meeting on September 11th 2014, was formed in a body as follows:

•     Konstantinos Zontanos, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer, Chairman of the Board

      of Directors and CEO,

•     Christos Zakolikos, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer, Vice President of the Board

      of Directors,

•     Konstantinos Masouras, Employees' Representative, Member,

•     Sarantis Michalopoulos, Mechanical Engineer,  Member,

•     Stamatina Papadogona, Civil Servant, Member,

•    Konstantinos Frangos, Mechanical Engineer, Member,

•     Georgios Chalaris, Electrician, Member.

The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors of HEDNO S.A. shall end on 29.3.2015.
