COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that, further to the announcement of May 27, 2005 regarding the acquisition of 70% of the Romanian mobile operator COSMOROM by participating in a capital increase of the latter, the following forward-looking statements reflect COSMOTE's expectations as of May 31, 2005 for the Full Year 2005 financial results. COSMOTE's management provides the following revised guidance for the Full Year 2005: a. Full Year 2005 consolidated EBITDA margin is expected to approximate 40%, and b. Full Year 2005 consolidated net income is expected to grow in the range of 3% to 7% on an annual basis.
