The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Friday, August 29, 2025, will take place:
a)    the commencement of trading of the 381,783 new ordinary shares of “FOURLIS S.A” (ISIN: GRS096003009), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
b)    the decrease in the share capital of the company, as a result of the cancellation of 2,606,590 own ordinary shares.
