Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Friday, 8 June 2007.
Last date shareholders are entitled to dividend payment:Tuesday, 12 June 2007.
Ex-dividend date: Wednesday, 13 June 2007.
Payment of 2006 dividend: Wednesday, 20 June 2007.
Dividend payment will be carried out through a bank which will be announced on due time.
