As a result of the semi-annual review of the FTSE/Athex Index series the following changes will take place:

• For the FTSE/Athex 20 Index, no additions, deletions or investability weight changes to existing constituents from this index were approved

• For the FTSE/Athex Mid 40 Index, a total of three (3) additions, three (3) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved

• For the FTSE/Athex International Index a total of two (2) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and five (5) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved

• For the FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index, a total of six (6) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved

• For the FTSE/Athex 140 Index, a total of four (4) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and ten (10) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved

Following the changes in the FTSE/Athex 140 constituents there will also be changes in the FTSE/Athex Sector Indices.

All changes will be effective as of Monday, June 02, 2008.
