Regarding the financial statements of the fiscal year 2005, the company MOCHLOS S.A. informs the investing public the following:

On consolidated level, turnover amounted to EUR 329.1 million versus EUR 382.6 million in 2004. Results incurred losses of EUR 22.1 million versus profits of EUR 6.9 million in 2004.
On parent company level, turnover reached EUR 327.9 million in 2005 compared to EUR 374.4 million in 2004. Net losses of the fiscal year amounted to EUR 21.3 million against profits of EUR 8.5 million in 2004.
In 2005 the company continued its operations in Romania. The company which is activated there since 1997 via its subsidiary company EUROROM CONSTRUTII 97 SRL apart from the carrying out of projects of private companies, plans to expand its investments in projects of the Public sector. A recent Public project includes the upgrade of the road section Lacobeni-Sadova in Northern Romania, budgeted at EUR 35 million. The construction of the said project has already began and works amounting almost EUR 3 million have been executed. Also, the signing of an agreement is expected shortly for the construction of a new project concerning the upgrade of the road junction CALAFAT-DROBETA TURM-SEVERIN , budgeted at EUR 23 million. In addition, the company has been selected as the first lowest bidder for a project concerning the expansion of the Costantza Port, budgeted at EUR 18 million approximately.
On 31.12.2005 the unutilized balance of the company for undertaken projects amounted to EUR 120 million approximately .
