Following our announcement dated 21/07/2003, we recapitulate and inform you regarding the use of funds raised through the issuing of a convertible bond with private placement on February 4th 2003 according to the approved by the B.O.D. of the Athens Stock Exchange on 28/01/03 Information Memorandum, the changes decided during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26/06/2003 and the minutes of the meeting of the B.O.D. Ref. No 514/27-06-2003, as well as the amounts granted for the said purpose till 31/12/2003.
